FEES | BILLING

It is our overriding concern to ensure that our clients as satisfied with both the quality of service they receive and the value for money we provide. We constantly strive to provide the highest level of service of competitive rates. Our approach of fees is flexible and transparent with our fee structure being discussed and agreed with client in accordance of any work being undertaken

The Advocates Remuneration Order (“ARO”) provides for fees Advocates should charge the scale fees. Most conveyancing and court briefs are governed by the Advocates Renumeration Order. For matters not governed by the Advocates Renumeration order, we normally charge on an hourly basis but always open and willing to discuss alternative fee structures when appropriate. We also offer competitive monthly retainer fees to Clients with volumes of work.
