PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS | INFRUSTRUCTURE | CONSTRUCTION LAW

Public-Private Partnerships | Infrastructure:

  • To aid, advise and structure the legal frameworks for the parties involved in order for them to achieve the functions of PPPs in specific projects.
  • Develop and draft the various contracts required in the PPP process, while advising both parties on the allocation of risk in this Principle Agent Relationship.
  • Management of PPP and Infrastructure Contracts
  • Help in mitigating the problems that may arise because of the principle-agent problem which is a result of the principle-agent relationship that is created by the PPPs.
  • Guide the private sector partners, especially the foreign one on the nation’s various construction and building laws and regulations, licensing laws and regulations, moreover, county, city and municipal construction regulations and various land & environmental laws and regulations.

Construction Law:

  • Facilitate the negotiation of financing for the projects between and among the parties.
  • Design and Develop innovative financial agreements between the parties and the financiers.
  • Arbitrate and Mediate any disputes that may arise during the PPPs cycle.
  • Facilitate the transfer of the assets from the private partner to the public institution.

LITIGATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
